Shipping
You only pay postage/shipping for the first item, all additional items are sent free of charge.
As part of our standard service all of our items are gift wrapped in tissue paper and enclosed in an organza bag. A free silver jewellery polishing cloth is also included. This is then shipped in the appropriate protective packaging.
Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be despatched the same day provided payment is received no later than 3pm (Mon to Fri).
UK mainland items are sent via Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded Delivery which is a signed for service at a cost of £2.50. As a signature is required for this service we cannot post to PO boxes.
Our Next Working Day Special Delivery service costs £5.25. All next day deliveries are guaranteed to arrive before 1pm.
All countries outside the UK will have their items sent securely via Royal Mail Airmail, International Signed for service. This costs GBP£5.50 inclusive of insurance. As a signature is required for this service we cannot ship to PO boxes.
All customers outside the EU will be liable for import tax on their order as per the tax regulations for their country of residence.
